Known fact is our drivers also are using another apps during their road rutine. One of the apps they especially love: mostly because they can leave review on any road service point there very easilly. Those users weve leaving requests to add the same functionality into our app. Their managers are also interested in reading what drivers think of the points so managers can “close” bad ones for their drivers.
Decision is to release so called MVP of this feature to see how drivers will meet it. One review per user, no editing, simple rating system, no sorting or filters.
There a lots apps with reviews functionality so familiar patterns are already created. We didn’t invent new ones so user won’t be confused. There are stars for the rating and the review with date.
